“From contacting you online, to getting the call, all went smoothly and on schedule. The conversation was to-the-point and precise. It made me feel safe. Also the fact that it was easily done in English, was even better, snce being a freigner in a foreign country, it is nice to feel able to communicate in English... until I learn Dutch! If I had something more to add/comment it would be that I would have liked the "meeting" to be online, so that I could see who I was speaking to. Face-to-face communication, even if it is online, is something I feel would make me feel even more safe and "taken care of".”
