In 2012, establishing a BV (private limited company) in the Netherlands was made easier as the required starting capital of €18,000 was abolished. However, this was not the “simplification” entrepreneurs had hoped for. There was still a need for a notary, who charged traditional fees for the incorporation of the company.
In 2013, Firm24 decided to give shape to this “simplification” by launching a platform where entrepreneurs can go for the establishment of their BV and everything that comes with it, all 100% online.
And when we say 100% online, we mean every single step. Unlike other providers, who only offer the initial process online, we go further. Even after payment, everything remains digital, giving you the freedom to handle everything without ever having to set foot in a notary's office.
