“From contacting you online, to getting the call, all went smoothly and on schedule. The conversation was to-the-point and precise. It made me feel safe. Also the fact that it was easily done in English, was even better, snce being a freigner in a foreign country, it is nice to feel able to communicate in English... until I learn Dutch!
